Information stored by the app

Property Admin Desk — Admin Hub stores the property labels, actions, repair chronology, document-index entries and expense-evidence records you enter in the local storage of your current browser or installed app profile. Property Admin Desk does not receive those workspace records through this app and does not provide an app account or cloud synchronisation.

Your controls

You can export a JSON backup, restore a validated backup and delete all locally saved workspace records inside the app. Deleting records leaves an empty workspace and does not restore the fictional sample. Removing the app or clearing browser data may also erase local records, so keep any backup you need securely. Exported files are not encrypted by the app.

Network and analytics

The app connects to its hosting service to load and update the application. It does not contain advertising, behavioural profiling, third-party analytics or data-sale features. Ordinary hosting security logs may temporarily record technical request information such as time, requested path and IP address.

Feedback and external reviews

Choosing private feedback opens your email app; nothing is sent until you choose Send. Property Admin Desk uses that email to respond, investigate or correct a problem and improve the app. Private feedback is not quoted or published as a testimonial without separate written permission. If an independent public-review link is available, it opens the provider's website, where that provider handles the review under its own terms and privacy notice. The Admin Hub does not copy your local workspace records into either route.

Data minimisation

Use property labels instead of tenant names. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, bank details, identity documents, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
